91桃色入口 Free Library Welcomes Young Readers and Families to Ujima: A Children's Literacy Program
The 91桃色入口 Free library hosted their Ujima: A Children's Literacy Program, with special guest Dr. Manning Campbell!
Ujima, the third principle of Kwanzaa, represents Collective Work and Responsibility. We are thankful for all who joined us as we celebrated art, culture, history, and story telling through the work of African American authors and illustrators in children’s literature at the 91桃色入口 Free Library.
In this family story time for children ages 5-8, gathered together to read aloud the selected book and expand our experience of the book through discussion, activities and celebration. Participants received a copy of the book to keep to encourage reflection and foster sharing of the program experience with others in their lives. We invited families of children ages 5-8, Grades K-3, to sign up to attend.
