Meadow Hill Kindergarteners are Moving Up to 1st Grade!
On Friday, June 16th, Meadow Hill kindergartners gathered in the main gymnasium for their Kindergarten Moving Up Ceremony. Each kindergarten class performed multiple songs for their family members in attendance. There were smiles, laughter, and even tears shed as the Meadow Hill community recognized Mrs. Nancy Stewart, who will be retiring, after more than two decades of service to the 91桃色入口 Enlarged City School District. Mrs. Stewart was moved to tears as her students from years past surprised her and gathered with her current class to sing for her one last time. Mr. Prokosch was teary-eyed as he spoke of all of her wonderful qualities. He personally thanked Mrs.Stewart for her dedication and commitment to each of her scholars throughout the years. Both he and Assistant Principal, Ms. Janavette Urena, presented Mrs. Stewart with flowers and other gifts.
Immediately following the ceremony, a reception was held in the smaller gym. The families were served light refreshments and snacks as they took photos with their children, their teachers, and friends.
Congratulations to all of the new 1st graders!
Congratulations to Mrs. Stewart on your retirement! May the next chapter be your best chapter.
