Meadow Hill Students Perform Winter Concert
Meadow Hill School performed their Winter Concert on Monday, December 18th.
6th Grade Orchestra performed Ode to Joy, directed by Mrs. Helen Zeller. Instrument included Violin 1, Viola, and Cello.
Concert Orchestra, directed by Mrs. Helen Zeller performed Celtic Dance, A Christmas Canon, and Holiday Dances. Instruments included: Violin 1, Viola, and Cello.
6th grade chorus, directed by Mrs. Kelly Shackleton, performed It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, There’s No Place Like Home for the Holidays, and Here Comes the Snow.
Concert Band, directed by Mr. Kevin McCauley performed Attack of the Garden Gnomes, A Kwanzaa Celebration, and Hallelujiah Chorus. Instruments included flute, trumpet, clarinet, alto saxophone, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion.
Wind Ensemble, directed by Mr. Kevin McCauley, performed Sounds of Christmas, The Pit and the Pendulum, Meadowlands, and Jingle Bell Rock. Instruments included flute, trumpet, clarinet, trombone, alto saxophone, and percussion.
7th and 8th grade Chorus, directed by Ms. Kelly Shackleton, performed Deck the Halls and Decorate (Traditional Welsh Carol), Jingle All the Way, and This Holiday
Jazz Band, directed by Mr. Kevin McCauley, performed Manish Boy Intro, In the Mood, and Sleigh Ride. Instruments included saxophone, trombone, trumpet, bass, and percussion.
Select Choir, directed by Ms. Kelly Shackleton, performed Peace I Leave with You and Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.
