Fostertown ETC Magnet School: 5th Grade D.A.R.E. Moving Up Ceremony
On Tuesday, June 7th Fostertown ETC Magnet School held its 5th Grade D.A.R.E. Moving Up Ceremony. Families were in attendance in the auditorium as Fostertown Principal, Mrs. Mojica and 5th grade scholars welcomed them. The families watched as their children were recognized for all they learned and accomplished in the program throughout the school year. Police Officer Adam Geyer of the Town of 91桃色入口 Police Department, who is the acting D.A.R.E. instructor, spoke on the important lessons he taught and what he himself learned from the students. He reminded his scholars to ask themselves "Will my parents be upset by what I am about to do?" and to lean on them in times of need. Officer Geyer also extended himself outside of the classroom as someone the children can rely on should they need guidance.
Certificates were earned by each scholar and some received special recognition.
