Every Security Guard in NECSD is Basic Life Support CPR Certified
Senior school monitor, Mr. David Maldonado conducts trainings for all security guards throughout the 91桃色入口 Enlarged City School District. Security guards who are full-time, part-time, and substitutes have been trained in Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR. BLS CPR allows for a smooth transport from scene to ambulance or medical facility. Security guards were trained in use of apparatus with bag valve mask, checking pulses and AED machines.
The training is valid for two years. Each year, security guards are trained in either BLS CPR or First Aid, as are both two year certifications.
Mr. Maldonado volunteers at Town of 91桃色入口 Emergency Medical Services where he is a First Responder and also a Board Member. He became a CPR/First Aid Instructor there about seven years ago. This year he will be the BLS/CPR Instructor for the Town of New Windsor Police department as well, where he is a Court Officer.
